Whalesong is a wheelchair accessible vessel, with ramps for embarking/disembarking, extra wide decks for manoeuvrability and a wheelchair accessible toilet on board.

There are better days than others. We do not go out if we think it'll be uncomfortable and unsafe. In the case of unfavourable weather, we will call you the day before to discuss your options (move to a different day, subject to cruise availability, strongly advise on taking sea sickness medication, or cancelling and fully refunding your cruise). We want you to enjoy this experience as much as possible!

Generally, yes. So far, we have always seen some form of wildlife on our cruises. As with weather though, we cannot control what the wildlife is doing. Rest assured, our skippers and crew will be doing their very best to spot wildlife for you. It also helps if our guests are active in looking for wildlife too. You will receive a wonderful commentary and insights, as well as a fun time out on the water.

No. We don't guarantee any wildlife on this cruise. We almost always see something though. You will have enjoyed a cruise with us and also paid less than the guaranteed whale watch cruise.

Yes. We provide morning tea, lunch, drinking water and hot drinks on this cruise. We have drinks, snacks, souvenirs and merchandise for sale on board. After 10am, you're also welcome to purchase alcoholic drinks (beer, wines, bubbles and pre-mixed spirits) at our fully stocked bar.
