Whalesong Cruises Hervey Bay gives back to the community it works and plays in. We recently hosted 2 x Year 10 students from Riverside Christian College in Maryborough, for work experience. They had an introduction of what it’s like to be a crew member on a whale watch boat (3 x cruises, with different crew and different weather conditions), and also what it’s like to run the business behind the scenes in the office. It was great for them to see real life examples of what work life can be. It was also great for Whalesong as it gives us hope that the future is not lost, especially if there are many teenagers, like these two, out there!
