About Us
A bit more about Whalesong Cruises, the team, the boat and what we do
If we haven't answered all your questions on the 'cruise' pages, please see everything else here.
You can read about the Whalesong Cruises team and what makes each and every one of us tick. We come from varied backgrounds and have all ended up here. Our passion for the outdoors, nature and wildlife are the things we have most in common.
Ecotourism is something we're very passionate about at Whalesong Cruises. We're striving to be as close to carbon neutral as possible. We'll get there but it's a long journey. You can see what we're up to in our ecotourism section.
'Whales for Everyone' is our exciting new program launched in June 2021 (with development commencing in September 2020). We explain how we're taking the whales to those who can't go to see them. Also, we highlight some of our inclusivity practices, including working with NDIS participants to enable their goals of community involvement, come true.
Hervey Bay, Fraser Island and the Fraser Coast (in general) offer incredible scenery and an array of activities for everyone. Whether you're a family with young (or older) kids, a couple or travelling solo, there's plenty to do in our stunning region.
The boat is open for exploring too, so if you'd like to have a closer look at the vessel, please check out our virtual tour. There are multiple levels and plenty of indoor as well as outdoor and covered space on the boat.
Of course, if we haven't answered all your questions, we have our final FAQs. There's plenty of information in here. If you just can't get enough of us though, and you still have some unanswered questions, please feel free to call us on (07) 4125 6222 or email: info@whalesong.com.au.
